At Lafii we find it important that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you still want to return, you can do so within 30 days of receipt, as long as the product is unused, unwashed and in the original packaging. Simply register your return via info.lafii@gmail.com .

Returns from the Benelux are free . However, we ask you to make a well-considered purchase. If you have any questions, you can always contact us for more clarity.

For returns from Europe, a €9.95 return shipping fee will be charged.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, we offer free returns . Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and send a photo of the problem to info.lafii@gmail.com. Lafii will arrange the return and ensure that you receive a replacement product quickly or your money is refunded.

The purchase amount will be refunded within 7 working days after receipt and inspection of the product. I am happy to help you with any questions!
